Benefits for Our Staff
Maximum allowed is 300 hours. Vacation PTO accumulates at .07440/hr. per pay period. After 10 years of full-time service, it will then accumulate at .09700/hr. per pay period. PTO starts accumulating immediately, but only eligible to use after 90-day probation unless there is an eligible holiday falling during that time. NOTE: Accrual of vacation time was raised to an amount that includes the eligible holidays, so PTO must be used.

There are 10 eligible holidays per year.

Eligibility for insurance begins the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. Annual Enrollment of insurance is the first day of March. The following prices are per pay period. Full Time employees have a Life/AD&D policy worth 1X annual salary up to $400,000 paid for by DCMC.
