Benefits for Our Staff


Vacation
Full time associates with fewer than 10 years of service accumulate PTO at a rate of .07440/hours worked with a maximum accumulation of 300 hours. Associates with more than 10 years of service accumulate PTO at a rate of .09700/hours worked.

Sick Leave
Sick leave accumulates at .02310/hours worked, with a maximum accumulation of 480 hours.

Holidays
All regular full-time employees are eligible to receive 8 holidays off for which they will receive regular pay. The employee has to use PTO (vacation time) to cover the holiday missed. All PTO will be accrued on holidays for actual hours worked.
